Use of Aerial &
Crawlspace Drones 

While there are many inspection companies utilizing 

unmanned aerial drones to aid their inspections, Southern Charm Inspection Services LLC utilizes two different types of unmanned vehicles in the way of both aerial, as well as "land-based" or "surface" drones. Their use allows our inspectors to safely and effectively inspect those areas that are hard or unsafe to physically enter or reach. Southern Charm has been properly trained in order to conduct evaluations of various roofing systems and types, chimney and venting systems, flooring and foundation systems of a crawlspace, and overall crawlspace conditions. Utilization of these tools allows our inspectors both flexibility, as well as versatility in how we carry out the business of evaluating the properties our clients desire to own.
